Control Center offers a range of reporting options for you to check the performance of your services. Report options include network performance, billing, and usage to make it easier to manage your service.

Voice reports

Usage Analyst

From Control Center, you can access the Usage Analyst tool to get insight into your telcom use. You can see your use online and run summary or detail reports to track and analyze your telecom use. With your use data you can view standard reports or create custom ones and assign your accounts and services to your organization’s departments each month. Plus, the Download Center is where you can access all of your completed reports.

Billing reports

Bill Analyst

From Control Center, you can access the Bill Analyst tool to view summary or detail reports to track and analyze your telecom spending data. With your billing data, you can view standard reports or create custom reports to:
  • rank telecom expenses as a budget item
  • allocate costs across multiple departments or locations
  • track calling patterns
  • share costs with other departments
  • consolidate statements
  • align hierarchies, markups, and cost allocations
  • allocate automatically
  • check for errors

Bill Analyst (formerly Invoice Management)

Use Bill Analyst to track and analyze telecom spend across your organization; generate standard or custom summary and detail reports and organize report data to reflect your organization's structure.

Depending on your permissions and which products you've purchased, these reporting tools are available the Reports tab:
  • MyServices—manage your Enhanced Management and/or Dynamic Capacity services with detailed data analytics and tools
  • Voice Complete Reports—get a full view of Voice Complete usage, with Trunk Group Utilization, Busy Hour, Number Inventory, Call Detail Records, and Call Success Rate reports
  • Voice Reports—generate usage, inventory, coverage, and other reports for legacy Level 3 voice products

  • uCommand CDRs—download call detail records,  E-Traffic, Executive Summary, and other voice-related reports that were previously accessed in the uCommand portal

  • Performance Assurance (PA)—get optional enhanced reporting and end-to-end SLA guarantees for Virtual Private LAN Service
  • Security Solutions Analytics—get valuable insight into your CenturyLink Security Solutions with reports for DDoS Mitigation, Adaptive Threat Intelligence (ATI), Adaptive Network Security, Security, and more
  • Colocation Metered Power Reports—determine trends in monthly Kilowatt per Hour (KWH) usage and associated charges for colocation services
  • Network SLA—see how the CenturyLink network is performing against our service level agreements
  • Network Performance—get network performance and usage data on your legacy Level 3 Internet and VPN services, including Managed Network Services, current service status, ticketing, and alert data
